We are a studio dedicated to the art and science of Pilates.

Since 2006, under the leadership of master teacher Barry Vardy, Pilates York's studio has been sculpting love in many people's life. We are opening our doors for you every day, to do the same, to enlighten lives.

Mat Classes

Mat class exercises are a great way to experience the variety that Pilates can bring. Learn about posture, balance, breath, coordination, strength, alignment, flexibility and mobility. All equipment is provided.

6 week course.

1 to 1 Sessions

If you're looking for some more specialist exercises, focusing on particular strengths or weaknesses, then a 1-to-1 session can be really beneficial. Develop your strength, flexibility, co-ordination and endurance and get the ultimate results. 

Drop-in Classes

The ideal opportunity to give Pilates a go, try a new class or fit a class into your schedule.
